Flash

Jay aka- Flash-  is an industry veteran with over 30 years of experience.  He is a leader who applies his athletic background to his work. His cool, calm, and patient demeanor comes from his days as a long-distance runner at Salisbury University.  Flash is what we call him- he is also a nice guy and a family man!
